My goal is to provide excellent health care on a personal level. I enjoy getting to know each of my patients and their families and look forward to watching them grow.
I was born and raised in the Shreveport-Bossier. After graduating from Airline High School, I earned my bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2004 from Northwestern State University School of Nursing in Shreveport. My passion for personal patient care led me to earn a master’s degree as a nurse practitioner. I completed training as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in 2007 from NSU.
In 2014, I returned to Northwestern and achieved a post-master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I am certified by the National Certifying Corporation and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and maintain membership with the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners.
My husband, Kevin, and I are happily married and stay busy raising our three children, Austin, Lila, and Carter. You will often find us at area ball fields, gymnasiums or dance studios cheering on and supporting our children in their various activities. We love outdoors and spend much of our summers camping and boating. Last but not least, we love LSU football!
